Meet the Garretts

One of the most highly anticipated events of our NY trip was meeting up with one of my best and oldest friends, Mariah, and her family. She has a four-AND-A-HALF (cannot forget the half) year-old daughter, Sadie, and a now seven-month-old son, Oliver. We had never met each others' boys before, and we couldn't wait. The excitement in the air of the first get-together was palpable, especially among the kids:
