It is so hard to get a good photo of Ewan and Asa together. Ewan does not like having his picture taken at all these days, and he also doesn't tend to stay still for very long. He also hasn't been very interested in holding Asa since shortly after he was born. Although these boys love each other, they prefer maintaining a little distance (for Ewan, to avoid drool, spit up, clammy baby hands and feet, and involuntary kicking and grabbing; and for Asa, to avoid an oversized toddler head butting against his chest and head in failed attempts to be gentle). So it's nearly impossible to get a photo where they're both looking at the camera and definitely impossible to get one where they're both smiling, but these are a couple shots I've gotten recently, and I kind of like the candidness of them.
